Brandy represents buyers, sellers, developers and lenders in the purchase/sale, construction and financing of residential and commercial real estate properties in Connecticut, New York and throughout New England. She has closed innumerable residential real estate transactions for all property types, including single, multi-family, condominium, cooperative and PUD’s. Brandy was selected to be the exclusive attorney for the developer/owner of Blue Back Square, LLC (West Hartford, CT) in connection with the sale of all the residential condominiums located in The Heritage Building. In addition, Brandy has comprehensive knowledge of title and title insurance matters, boundary and survey issues as well as licenses and use matters. Brandy also has substantial commercial leasing experience representing landlords and tenants in connection with office, industrial and retail leases.
